the service technicians who came to my home were very polite and professional. They told me exactly what they would be looking for, then a short time later explained the problem to me and they had already fixed it! I was able to schedule this appointment within a few days, they called to give me notice of when they would be there and there wasn't any high pressure to buy a new garage door! I will definitely use them in the future!
