Kevin answered our call quickly on a Saturday when it was almost impossible to reach anyone. Our garage door was not opening or closing. He diagnosed the problem easily, explained what had occurred, and was able to replace the damaged part. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He tested the door to be sure that it met all safety standards. The cost for the service call and the replacement part was very reasonable. I would happy to recommend him to friends and will not hesitate to call him if another issue presented itself in the future.
