I woke up this morning to a broken spring, huge problem for us as I was not able to lift the door w/o the spring, and desperately needed to make sure our cars were out so I could drive my wife to Cleveland tomorrow morning for a medical treatment. To be honest I first called another door company that we usually use and they couldn't get anyone here today. I called Kevin at Prestige, he said no problem and was here within 3-4 hours. He was courteous, professional and did a great job, at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Prestige Door Company. Next time I need door service, Prestige will be my first call. D.
