Very prompt response to my call. Thankfully our cars were outside the garage so we could wait until the next morning for their service. The repairman was courteous, explained what had happened and what was needed to fix the problem. I was impressed that it only took about 45 minutes to replace the springs and tighten the door. The price was resonable, although no one is ever prepared for a broken garage door. I would recommend Prestige Door for any work you need done on your garage door.
