I suppose I should have read the small print. I’ve been using pretty green since 2007 so have spent a great deal of money over the years. This is first time I’ve returned an order and wow it was a mission. Firstly as a customer I am made to pay for return postage so that’s £4.99 each way. Then I’m informed that it’s a £5 return fee. So I’ve sent an item back and paid pretty green for the privilege of owning nothing. When questioning via customer care they had no interest other to send me a link proving that I should have read the terms. When I suggested I’d like to take it further I was told the process to complain was to email directly to the person I am complaining against and they would forward to a manager. Tbh I’ve taken the hit, been robbed by pretty green. Shame, love the gear but will NEVER use them again. Be aware folks!
