I have yet to receive my order, that was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday, November 29,2018. I did not receive it, I also have not heard anything from you, Pretty You London, nor have I heard anything from your carrier DHL. WHILE I have ordered things in the past and have never had a problem, I think it was due to you being in the USA. It is very frustrating not to have a resource to contact, or anyone follow up with me, and no information provided rather than.....How did we do as in past tense. Thus that tells me you yourselves as a company are not tracking your packages to your customers who are patronizing your company. Very disappointing.
