I’ve bought many of these shoes over the years due to fit, but since they closed UK shops you can only buy online. The sizing is much smaller; couldn’t fit into their ‘38.5’ even though my last pair was a comfortable 38. Delivery took forever and PB’s service wasn’t helpful in resolving the issue with a (non)delivery - their response was ‘if you don’t receive, the shoes will be eventually sent back’; only delivered after a formal complaint to their chosen courier UPS. Won’t even attempt the return after this experience. Disappointed, but will not order again. They are massively overpriced given the questionable quality (all shoes get holes on the side after a few months) and poor service.
