I ordered some items for my daughter for Christmas on 30th november. I had also ordered stuff the day before which I received a week and a half ago. I contacted PLT via WhatsApp and their initial contact said the order had been ‘held up’ but to wait until 19th. I don’t think this is acceptable so have contacted them again today 17th the response this time was ‘it’s lost’ but I still have to wait until 19th so they can report it as lost! I’ve since replied and said it’s not acceptable for which another agent told me that I’d need to reorder the order again pay for it then return the original ‘lost order’ before they’d refund me! How can I return something that’s lost and why do I have to pay for it again. I don’t have the money to pay for it again. I’m really really disappointed by their response and will certainly think twice before ordering again!! At a time when money is tight for a lot of people this is terrible customer service!
