Ordered a package a couple weeks ago and another the other day. I was very happy with my previous package and was seemingly happy with my new order as i was completely unaware of the flea infestation. It wasn’t until my friend informed me on the day my new package arrived about them i chucked them into the wash and checked the bags thoroughly. I couldn’t see any bugs or fleas but i’m very cautious and scared that they’re still there especially in the older package i didn’t check. I have a dog and so am very scared they will travel to her. Very tempted to just throw all the clothes away as i know they are not giving refunds out without photographic proof of fleas which i don’t have. The alleged investigation into the flea infestation does not fill me with confidence as they have not issued the public report of the pest control findings and they continued to post deliveries during the investigation clearly showing a lack of care for their customers. I never write reviews especially not bad ones but i will never be ordering from plt again and i know many feel the same so they’re handling in this issue has cost them their business.
