Third time ordering from this website. First time my parcel arrived a couple of days late, the sizing was off. Second time I waited a month for my package to arrive. Tracking said it was still processing and PLT said that it had been delivered. Instead of sending me the clothes again I was given a refund and told to re-order them which means I missed the discount that was on offer when I originally purchased items from them. Third time the package came a couple of days late. Super excited. I'm a constant size 4 yet all the clothes ran either way too big or way too small. Material quality wasn't that great, I'd rather buy from Supre instead of PLT. TL;DR - Website images are misleading. Shipping takes too long. Customer service is average.
