I purchased two dresses that were both too small and returned them both in the same packaging. I only received a refund for one dress and not the other. When asked about it, they told me I need to provide them with the tracking. I no longer have the tracking because I got rid of it when I received the refund from one of the dresses (assuming the 2nd one would be refunded right after since they were in the same packaging.) I was told without it, there is nothing they can do. I now have no dress (that I paid for) and no refund. I explained to them multiple times that the dress was included with the first dress and if they received one and refunded it, they should have received the other. I am out of the item and out of my money and they will not give me either back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Fashion nova is so much better.
