I never receive my items when I am supposed to. I pay for next day delivery and get parcels days later. The company has had to stop offering next day delivery several times now, but can send Kylie Jenner and brand new quad bike for her 21st birthday. To me that reflects hugely on their corporate culture. I have received false information countless times over twitter, which is their only form of customer service. I would not recommend ordering off this website if its the night before an event and you need the item next day, I live in Manchester where they are based and they cannot even get a next day delivery item sent to me.
