I returned two packages
I returned two packages. The first package supposedly got lost, I texted them for my second package that I sent back right after the first one because I was mad they lost my first one, supposedly they didn’t get the second one, luckily for me this time I didn’t lose my return tracking number. I sent them the picture of my second package it’s been about three months and they still haven’t returned my money on the second package with proof of postage. Really bad costumer service, I used to order a lot from them but now they not only lost a costumer I would give as many bad reviews as I can and I do not recommend this pretty little things website. Do not buy from pretty little things website they will come up with any excuse to not give you your money back .
