Horrible company. Placed an order 17 Oct, received an email indicating dispatch had occurred on 21 Oct. I advised the tracking number had not been updated and requested dispatch on 26 Oct. I received a stock response. I again requested dispatch on 27 Oct and received a stock response. I received an automatic email on 29 Oct indicating my order had been refunded, minus the shipping ($10), with zero communication as to why. I emailed requesting a full refund and on 31 Oct received an email indicating this had occurred. I can't comment on the quality of the clothes as they were never dispatched.
Extremely frustrating, minimal to no communication, took several requests for anything to be actioned and sneakily attempted to retain the cost of shipping despite no shipping occurring. PLT clearly does not monitor their stock levels to ensure orders can be fulfilled. A waste of time, money and thought.
I have reported PLT to Consumer Affairs. Do not buy from this company.
