ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
Save your money and shop anywhere else besides Pretty Little Thing or Boohoo (they are the same company). I purchased some items and returned them MONTHS ago and still have not received my refund. They told me they received my package and that my refund is "on the way" but never actually gave me back my money. They are now ignoring my emails and I am unable to contact them. I spent a lot of money here and have now been scammed because my items did not fit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO DO THE SAME.
