Spent an hour adding about 29 items to the basket. Tried to checkout and it hung for 10 minutes. Went "back" in the browser, basket was still there. Tried again and I lost my whole basket. It had given me an order number so gave that to customer services and got told to just got back manually and add it myself again... and risk checking out again. WTF???... that just took almost 2 hrs.
I'm just trying to spend money and buy my Mrs some clothes for holiday... you're making it very very difficult. Dont bother using this site if you can help it.
