This site is a SCAM! Sunday, I received my order only to find I was sent a used dress. The security ribbon was missing, it strongly smelled of BO and cheap perfume. There were deodorant stains on it. Oh yeah, and some kind of disgusting pet fur--yuck. I contacted them immediately, explaining the situation and asking if I could be sent what I paid for. They never responded. I sent a second emails. I was asked to furnish pictorial evidence. After five days of exchanging emails they refunded my money, but refused to refund my shipping. So now, if I want they dress--which means I'd have to risk the it coming dirty and worn again--I'll have to pay shipping a second time. So unprofessional. Zero customer service. Poor customer experience. Now, I am $6 in the hole with nothing to show for it but a horrible customer experience. This is why I stopped buying fast fashion 5 years ago. I've never even ordered from Fashion Nova before, and the second I try to step out of my box I am reminded of why I stick to Nordstrom and Saks. Never again!
