I ordered a dress a week ago it hasn't even been mailed yet, I tried sorting it out and sending a complaint as it was meant to arrive today and I couldn't even submit my email because the submit button wasn't working. I can't even track my order because every time I put in my delivery number it says it's invalid. Not a good experience.
