My daughter has a picky style. She found a dress on this website and I immediately ordered it. The tracker showed it was to be delivered on June 11. I checked yesterday to find that the tracking system stated the address on package was unidentifiable. I reached out to the Post Office and they said the package is returned to sender. I contacted PLT on their chat because finding their contact number is impossible. After informing them that I had already contacted the post office I was told to contact the post office...??? I'm an avid online shopper and this has been the most difficult website for me. I hope to at least get a refund and never shop here again.
