Terrible customer service. Fraud enablers. Someone stole my debit card info online, used it to make hundreds of dollars of fraudulent purchases with this company, and after I cancelled my card, I contacted the company to inform them and ask them to cancel the order. They didn't even read the email, and told me to cancel the card (I told them I already had in my email), called me "babe", used a bunch of emoticons, told me it was the bank's problem, and that they had no way of tracking the order (use the card number, order amounts, and date?) or figuring out where it was going. It is one of the most unprofessional things I have ever read, and made it clear the company doesn't care about security in the least. I would never trust these people.
