The first time i ordered from PLT they had sent me the wrong item, i ordered bottoms but they sent me a top and although it was their fault they still expected me to pay the delivery fee back to them which was ridiculous since it was their mistake to begin with, on top of that it wasn't even the right size. Didn't even bother returning that so i just gave it to a friend. This was a year ago 2018.
Now, decided to give them a shot (2019), big mistake. Because they had gotten my size wrong the first time i wanted to clarify. I DMed on IG AND emailed them cuz i needed to know asap since a lot of the items i wanted were low in stock. Customer Service on IG got back to me first, i had asked her "If i order a size 8UK it'll come back to me as a 4CAD correct?" customer service told me yes. I make my order.
Next morning i get an email from customer service because i had msged them both. The customer service via email told me that if i changed the tab for CAD then i would just order my size as a CAD because the warehouse would do the conversion for me. So i tried to explain to her that the girl via IG didn't tell me that and that i had already put in my order and shouldn't have to pay for it to be returned but she kept telling me unfortunately it's there policy that they don't pay for returns. Unbelievable.. never ordering from them again.
