My dress was supposed to arrive three weeks ago and it came in the UPS on (2weeks ago) Friday and required a signature (no on was home to sign therefore I never received my package). I never received any update emails from your end. The most recent email I received from you was October 15th. I tried tracking my package through the confirmation number given to me by you guys and it was completely misleading. I attempted to track my package Friday morning and your website was telling me that my package was still supposed to arrive the prior Wednesday. I have yet to receive my purchase and no longer need it as the event in which I was going to wear it for has now passed. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from your end especially since I've heard many good things about your brand. I am requesting a full refund and return for my package once its in my possession.
