It has been a week since my expected delivery date and I have yet to receive my package. After reaching out to customer service I was told I would have to wait 20 days past the expected delivery date to receive a refund or be able to reorder my initial order. I intentionally ordered my product early because I had a photo shoot a month and a half later. However now I’m having to make last minute adjustments due poor service. Won’t be shopping with this company again.
