My order arrived within one week which is as it said on the website. The items (two lamps and a wine decanter) all appear to be of good quality for the price paid although the latter is a gift for my father in law so I can't attest to its quality as I have not opened it fully. Overall no complaints really, they have a good selection that I think as we near Christmas I would definitely consider ordering again. Shelly x
