A good experience, all except the delivery. It was a little late, which in current times and near Christmas is understandable. My door bell was rung by the courier and I saw him (literally) running up the road, not waiting to see if anyone was in. The box was damaged and wet. Thankfully the Prezzybox team had packed it well, so none of the chocolate bombs were damaged. I don't have any association with DPD, but have always found them good. Considering that the delivery is the part where the customer has most face to face contact with Prezzybox, I would suggest using a better company like this than Hermes. (As well as being the fastest of the Greek gods, Hermes was mischievous, a thief and lead the dead souls to the underworld). I would have scored 5 if not for them, and will think twice before using Prezzybox for goods I want quickly or are fragile. Thumbs up otherwise.
