I have no complaints about Prezzybox.com, the service from ordering to delivery was exceptional. The website, ordering, tracking my parcel and receiving was all done without any fault. However the Smartphone Projector I ordered didn't live up to expectation... it doesn't really work and it's difficult to get a clear projection, which is a disappointment as it was my partners birthday present. So in summary great service from Prezzybox.com but the product sold has been a massive let down
