The order process is easy and once placed, I waited for my items to arrive. The order came on time and were packaged up well in a branded box and bubblewrap. Unfortunately, the packaging inside didn't stop one of the items (hot chocolate bombs) from being damaged so it may be they were damaged before they were sent out or in the packing process. Apart from the damage (I'm going to melt the chocolate bombs anyway when I drink them so I';m not overly worried) and the amount of plastic used inside the box, I am impressed with the fast service. Overall, I would rate Prezzybox 4 out of 5 and would request that they use less plastic in their packaging or find an alternative.
