Terrible. I ordered birthday gifts which we due for delivery on Tuesday 17th, today (Thursday 19th) the estimated delivery date has shifted to the 25th, 5 days after the birthday the gifts are for. Shocking customer service. Won’t be using prezzybox again; I feel conned.
