I ordered a couple of items a few days ago and paid for extra delivery service, so that my parcel would be delivered on Tuesday 5th October. I haven't had no emails from Hermes to let me know when my item would arrive. The service is absolutely shocking. I called the company to ask where my delivery was. And the response was it was out of their hands, and sometimes hermes don't scan their items. All I can say is that I will never purchase anything from here again. The service is absolutely shocking!
