Sadly the roses I ordered for my mother's funeral were so bad they were unusable and we had to get replacements from M&S on the morning of a truly stressful day. They had responded to my complaint on delivery with a 'they will get better' and an offer of a £5 refund. As you can imagine I was grieving and just wrote the whole experience off.
Do not trust these people with anything important to you because they will let you down.
