Ordered a gift from the Christmas Stocking Fillers section for a Christmas present. When item turned up it had a best before date of 08/12/16 which is 3 weeks before Christmas and so no good. I called to return it to be told I could not as its a food item. Feel I was miss sold this item as surely things advertised under Christmas section should last until at least the 25th December?! I posted picture on the Twitter site to highlight the error and was messaged with an email address to contact to sort refund (Sharon.hall@prezzybox.com), but after a week I've had no response. Shame really as I found the site user friendly and delivery time was great, but after this I wont be using or recommending you again.
