Initially I was delighted with the lovely book I received,which was for my little grandaughter for Christmas. However on a close look I noticed a mis-spelling. I contacted your customer services, who pursued my Enquiry. The young lady got back to me, pointing out that the mistake was mine. I recognise that I should have noticed this myself at the checking stage, but unfortunately I didn't. My mistake was that I typed, "with live" instead of "with love". I am disappointed that there is not a quality assurance stage in your process which could have picked up such an obvious mistake ????
