The order I placed was incorrect which transpires to be an error on my part. However, it was an obvious error (text on a personalised mug) which I would have thought would be picked up by quality control and an email issued to verify the text. However, I was simply advised to re-order at additional cost.
I appreciate that the error was mine, but believe a check via email would have been appropriate to deal with the matter; and evidencing good customer care.
The product by the way was if very good quality.
