I ordered a personalised cake stand for a friend's birthday on 31/12/16, got a confirmation email it will be delivered between 5th-9th Jan. 10th Jan came, no sign of email to say it has been dispatched and no sign of the gift. I emailed on the 9th Jan to ask what had happened to the order but got no response so I called up to find out what had happened on the 10th Jan -the lady said it was nothing to do with Prezzybox and that it was an outside supplier they were waiting for but she did say she would find out to chase it up and let me know via email. I did get an email saying it should arrive by no later than 13th Jan and it did arrive finally on that day. Very disappointed as I could not give my friend the present on her birthday. If Prezzybox knows it will take 2 weeks then it would be better to be honest and say it will take this long. Having paid for a delivery service of almost £4 I feel extremely disappointed that it did not arrive on the estimated delivery dates and to be honest would like to get some sort of compensation. I shall not be ordering from this company again
