Ordered products (in stock) paid next day delivery.
On the day they should arrive I got an email to say they were out of stock.
They offered me an alternative which I said yes too.
Asked for refund of delivery charge as it was now 2 days later.
I received what was supposed to be the alternative 3 days after ordering to find the product was actually the original one I had ordered.
So why 3 days late and emails to say they were out of stock is a mystery!
