Item not received although paid extra for swift delivery. Item purchased for someone very ill in hospital so disappointed not to be able to take when had promised to do so. E mails over weekend failed delivery so had to wait to telephone to question why item not received. Staff very pleasant and helpful however and item received this afternoon. Promise of refund of extra I had paid. Unsure if this has occurred at this moment in time.
