I ordered two items as a gift sent to one recepient. Of Course I expected These to be delivered together. At the check-out I was asked if I wanted to add a Card and yes of Course I wanted to have a message on a Card added.
To my big surprise, after placing the order and paying for it, I get a message about my order with three different estimated delivery Dates. What????
Well low and behold my Gifts were deilvered in three different deliveries with the gift Card being delivered last, so the recepient wasn´t aware of why and from whom he got stuff delivered. This is not a good Service!!! Don´t ask for a Card delivered WITH the gift if it´s sent seperately!!!
Only reason I didn´t rate Very Poor is because I can´t rate the product itself, as it was a gift. The Service however was unacceptable poor.
Sorry, but won´t use Prezzybox again and will warn People to use them.
