My order was delivered three days too late. I had an eta of 30/11-02/12 (I needed it for a secret Santa on the 2nd.) my order arrived Tuesday 5th, which was no good to the person receiving my secret Santa. I understand it's a busy time for deliveries, but you shouldn't promise something then not deliver.
I wrote a complaint email December 2nd and I haven't heard a thing back, not even an acknowledgement.
I don't think the tracking system is of sufficient quality, it should provide far more information than it already does.
I'm disappointed with the service I've received.
