Still haven't received my order after more than a week. Having paid for the order (5 items) I got an email to notify me that one item was out of stock but would be back in stock within a couple of days and would send me my complete order then. This was fine, but after a few days passed and still now delivery I contacted Prezzybox to find out where my order was. I was informed that there were now three items from my order now out of stock. Rather than Prezzybox keeping the items i had already paid for reserved whilst waiting for the single item to return into stock, they sold a further two items from my order leaving me now with only two of the five items I have purchased and leaving me waiting even longer and oblivious to whether I am going to ever receive these items. Still no parcel and no notifications of my items being in stock let alone being dispatched. Really feel let down by Prezzybox. No form of good will offered from them either for the inconvenience caused which is disappointing.
