Ordered two items for my son's christmas present to have been delivered since laast week. No delivery and no communication regarding the delay until i called this morning and spoke to one of your best frontline personel who was very professional on the matter. She informed me of the inavailaibility of one of my items which may have caused the 'delay', yet not even the availaible one was delivered .|And to this moment, am yet to know when the deliverable one can be delivered.
