Late delivery - wasn’t dispatched from you until I emailed asking why I hadn’t received it - I have paid for a next day delivery
Then the parcel was left in the bright pink box on my doorstep, then wrong product was in my parcel.. The replacement was sent out ‘on next day’ still recieved late.
When I emailed about the poor service the only part acknowledged was the incorrect product. Service just seems to lack all round
