Order placed on 02/01 was supposed to be delivered from 03/01 to 05/01. I was informed it had been dispatched on 04/01. Estimated delivery dates already in doubt. I followed the tracking information on Hermes site and on 05/01 was told it was out for delivery that day. It did not arrive. On 06/01 the Hermes site said it would be delivered that day. It bame at around 8:00 pm. As the package was being forwarded and 06/01 was a Saturday it meant I couldn't forward it until Monday.
I've no complaint about the items but your delivery sucks!
