I am really disappointed that I ordered the personalised rainbow book and pencils,I feel it was not as advertised and felt cheated that I’d paid £15 and all that had the name on was a small cardboard box and because I only recieved this two days before Xmas despite ordering on the 2nd dec it was too late to do anything about it
