I ordered and got confirmation of my order and was told to expect it within 3-5 working day and slightly longer for my personalised gift. Which i totally understand, however that arrived before expected and still no sign of my other orders. About 2 1/2 weeks later i eventually got my order i was expected to have within 3-5 working days. Got in touch with your customer service team, to find out that one of my products that i have ordered was out of stock and never asked until i got in contact if they want me to have them all posted at the same time or the ones in stock and the out of stock products after. However the next day or 2 they had it in stock and sent it all out at once. But the point is, on your website stock that is out of stock comes up, this never and i never heard for your team to inform me it was out of stock and there would be a delay. So i arranged with work and lost half a days pay to wait for a product that never turned up (i needed to make sure i was there as that day as i knew no one would be home to get the parcel, which i know isn't your problem but just letting you know what exactly went on). So was a little annoyed however was patient waited as thought could be delayed somewhere, this then my partner was off work sick so was at home all week so no worries there. So my point is, i wish i got an email just the let me know that, yes my order is still waiting to leave due to one item being out of stock, or been got in contact to see if i wouldn't mind them at separate times.
many thanks for listening, so hopefully next time there isn't an issue like this. Yes i will still use this website, however i hope you take on this feedback to help with the communication between customers and dispatch.
