Item was advertised as a Mothers Day gift and expected delivery before ordering was the Sat before (10th). Once I placed the order; confirmation was for the Monday after (12th), which although not ideal was acceptable. However, the item was only delivered yesterday Wednesday (14th), which was 3 days late. Therefore, including delivery charges, it made it a more expensive gift as I had to organise another gift last minute!
Not a happy customer as do not understand why expected delivery was not honoured, especially as there was no additional time inbetween placing the order and the confirmation!!
