I ordered two personalised gifts which still have not arrived. They had given a five-day 'window' as a dispatch date. I did email for confirmation as it was going to be too late for the birthdays that the gifts were intended for. I haven't heard anymore from the company and still have not received the gifts but the money has definitely been taken out of my account. Feel concerned, especially as one email from the company came across very rude. The gifts are two personalised glasses which are lovely, however, the suggested colour choice options were not available when I went to buy them.
