Order was not delivered in estimated delivery timeframe. Although the website/confirmation emails etc state you can track deliveries, this was not the case so I was not able to track the progress of my delivery. Contacted customer services on the final day of the estimated delivery to be told to give another 4 days and then to make contact if the product had still not arrived. I had ordered a gift for someone and was disappointed with the entire process and will not be using prezzybox again. Prezzybox should be clear that the timeframes given are unlikely to be kept to (my order was dispatched the same day as ordering according to my confirmation email) so 4 days to deliver seems excessive. The tracking service should also extend to all couriers used by prezzybox.
