Not good customer service: I placed an order then realised I forgot an item which would put me over the value for free delivery. So I went on the chat to an advisor just within 5mins of placing my order and she confirmed that she had cancelled my order for me. I then ordered all my items got my free delivery and was happy. Then a few days later I got an email saying my order had been shipped but it was my original order number that was quoted so I called customer services and explained what happened, I also advised that to correct their mistake all they had to do was send the 1 extra item I had missed off my original order and it would be sorted, she confirmed that she would get it all fixed for me and not to worry. A few days later I received another delivery - yes the whole of my second order and when I checked my paypal both orders were showing as due for payment. I had to call customer services again (the number is not free) this time I was told they would cancel the payment for my first delivery to which I was astonished was not done already then she emailed me a free returns label to fix to the box then told me to drop the box at a post office - not impressed with all the extra work I had to do because of their incompetence and they did not even offer any compensation. Won’t be buying through them again too much hassle!!
