Wasn't a great experience. Got an email to say one item had got "lost in the system" and would be sent straight away on 24 hour tracked delivery to make sure it arrived for Xmas.
Rang and queried as it had not arrived on the 22nd to be told the hold up had been due to high demand which wasn't what the email said.
It did finally arrive on Xmas eve but was 48 hour delivery not what had been promised on the original email.
