It was the first time I ordered from Prezzy and I must say that I am quite disappointed. I have ordered multiple items and when asked to select a delivery method, I gladly paid for a next-day-delivery. Apparently it was not mentioned anywhere during the process that the specified day(s) are not available for delivery, so that I could select another option. Instead, it said yes, next-day-delivery accepted, please proceed...so I did. And imagine my surprise when I received an email, saying that actually the money I paid for delivery were not only wasted because there is no delivery available over the next few days, but also that I paid for delivery, but it only applies to the first of the items in the basket...
Bottom line, I received the first item 4 days later, and the rest 6 days after ordering. Shame. The whole process of ordering is so misguiding.
For the record, there was nothing wrong with the order when it finally arrived. That is the only good thing I have to say.
